We sell complete units, provide spare parts and repair all types of Excavator Pumps, Slew Motors and Gearboxes, Track Final Drives including Bonfiglioli, Kawasaki, Kayaba Nabco, Nachi, Uchida, Teijin Seiki ( Hydash ) as used on all Japanese and Korean Manufactured Construction Machinery.
We sell, service and repair ALL of the major manufacturers brands of equipment including Cessna, Charlynn, Danfoss, Denison, Eaton ,Hydromatik , Rexroth, Sundstrand, Vickers, Volvo
We have our own in house 24” Lapmaster flat lapping machine. This machine is kept flat to a tolerance of 20 Microns.
We are able to supply many new hydraulic parts and components to suit OEM machinery that have been made obsolete by many of the component manufacturers.
We are able to retrofit new components into your equipment when required.
We have a network of Experienced Mobile Plant Mechanics who are equipped with the necessary equipment to carry out any hydraulic repair or diagnose any system fault and to re-commission your machine.
We have the ability to carry out “Forensic Analysis” to determine the root cause of any hydraulic failure in association with a Very Experienced Metallurgist and Failure Analysis Laboratory.
We have good supplies and stocks of splined and flexible coupling elements and assemblies.
We have good stocks of many parts and seal kits to suit commonly used components in mobile machinery.
